I am looking for an internship in the automotive industry. I'm interested in gaining experience in mechanics because i feel that that's a skill i will be able to use in the real world. So far i have been calling most of the auto repair shops in Hayward using the local phone book. I have a lead on Harts Automotive on West Winton. The person I spoke with seemed interested and wanted me to send in my resume. I have worked on it and faxed it in, so now I'm waiting to be contacted and even thinking of contacting them myself to show that I'm really interested.
